The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on our website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Fulfillment of the order is subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order and Safety Sign Store is under no obligation to fulfill your order. No amendments to these terms and conditions will be accepted by Safety Sign Store

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order good through this website you must be 18 years and accept delivery within the UK. 

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.  

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have been provided by us. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.  

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). 

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard (except American Express). On the order you provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your card has been properly received.

Every reasonable effort will be made to keep details of your order and payment details secure. 
 
Credit accounts can be applied for are granted subject to status.  Applications can be made by calling Safety Sign Store on 01922 625626, to fill in the online form.

Orders will normally be delivered to you within 3 - 5 working days (subject to credit clearance) and you will be informed of any delays. We can only deliver to UK addresses. 

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund. It is your responsibility to return purchase in pristine condition in its unopened original box and packaging. For full details of how to return please contact us. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

Any account outstanding beyond our credit terms of reference will be passed out of hand to our solicitors and will be subject to a surcharge to cover the cost incurred; such accounts will also be subject to any other costs incurred in obtaining settlement. 

All goods and Service/Repair parts will remain the property of the Company until the price has been paid in full and the customer shall remain a debtor only until payment is made. 

All complaints by the customer relating to this invoice must be notified by the customer to the company in writing within 14 DAYS of the date of this.
